In 2024, Theatre Making Movement prioritized professional development and made their way to Yale University’s David Geffen School of Drama to meet with celebrated Dance Dramaturg, Dr. Katherine Profeta. While there, they researched ideas surrounding movement dramaturgy and the ways in which movement can support musical theatre writers in Canadian workshop spaces.
